GV II

Farmhouse, now house. C17 with 1830s front range. Brick laid
to Flemish bond with buff headers, and timber-frame to rear;
renewed tile roof with brick end stacks. L-plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Plain eaves.
Entrance has architrave, pulvinated frieze and enriched
consoles to pediment; overlight to 6-fielded-panel door.
Windows have sills, and rubbed brick flat arches over 8/8
sashes; narrower windows to first floor. Rear gabled wing has
end stack and lower timber-frame wing with brick infill. Right
return has C20 single-storey stone addition with hipped tile
roof over continuous small-paned glazing, and first-floor
window with timber lintel over 8/8 sash.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
