Pair of houses. c1800. Brick; gabled tile roofs with brick end
stacks. 2-unit plan house with 3-unit former barn to left.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2- plus 2-window range. Top modillioned
brick cornices. House to left has segmental-headed entrance to
left of centre with paired plank doors below timber infill;
segmental-headed entrance to left has plank door; entrance to
right has doorcase with pilasters and entablature with deep
cornice to 4-flush-panel door. Ground floor has
segmental-headed window to each end, that to left has 3-light
leaded casement, that to right has sill to C20 small-paned
casement; each has window above, with 3- and 2-light leaded
casements; end stack.
House to right has central entrance with bracketed gabled
canopy over 4-flush-panel door in plain frame. Ground floor
has segmental-headed windows with sills to 2-light small-paned
casements; first floor has similar but smaller windows with
2-light casements. Rear has gabled wing.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
