Barn now hall, with farm building adjoining. Late C17 with
later additions and alterations including 1950s bay window.
Timber-framed with brick nogging on lias stone plinth and with
plain-tile roof.
EXTERIOR: barn of 3 bays with probably 2-bay range to right.
Central entrance a plank door, otherwise 3 inserted
leaded-light windows. Farm building has buttress; window with
leaded lights and elliptical arch; otherwise 3 openings with
plank shutters, 2 skylights. Off-centre ridge stack.
Half-hipped roof to right. Rear: barn has inserted full-height
bay window with leaded lights.
INTERIOR: exposed timber-framing; collar and tie-beam truss
with queen struts.
Forms a group with Bearley Manor (qv) and Cart shed (qv).
