House. Early C17 with later additions and alterations
including range to right c1836-99. Reddish-brown brick,
painted to front facades, with thatched roof to left and
plain-tile roof to right, brick stacks.
EXTERIOR: early range to left: single storey with attic,
single-window range. C19 part to right: 2 storeys, 2
first-floor windows. C17 range: entrance to right of centre
has plank door and moulded wood frame under elliptical arch.
To left a C20 bay window with multi-pane casements, further
casement window in left extension, and to right of door
another casement. Gabled roof with half-hip to left. Single
eyebrow dormer to attic with casement. Range to right has
canted bay to ground floor under hipped roof, all windows have
multi-pane casements. First-floor band.
To left a tall lateral stack with moulded band and cornice,
stack between ranges and ridge stack.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
