Barn and attached farm buildings. 1806, altered c1980. Built
as part of an estate farm for the Lucy family of Charlecote
Park. Brick; tile roofs.
EXTERIOR: large 5-bay barn: brick plinth and modillioned
cornice. North front has central blank bay with, to right, a
gabled midstray with segmental-headed opening, and to left a
C20 segmental-headed opening replacing another midstray,
forming through passage. Pairs of diamond ventilation holes to
each end; east end has 3 diamonds of ventilation holes and `I
L 1806' (John Lucy) formed from ventilation holes above. Cart
shed and stable with hayloft above attached to south-east
corner; shuttered windows and split stable doors; brick
external stair to end.
