II

Farmhouse. Probably late C17 with later additions and
alterations including C18 rebuilding to front facade. Small
square timber-framing to returns and rear, with painted brick
nogging and front facade in Flemish bond, plain-tile roof.
EXTERIOR: single storey with attic, 3 dormer windows, range to
rear. Central plank door in moulded wood surround under gabled
hood. Outer windows are C20 tripartite casements in wood
frames, to either side of door a C20 single-light casement
window in wood frame surmounted by raised keystones
incorporated into 3-course first-floor band. Gabled roof.
Attic dormers have tall casements which break the eaves and
timber-framing to gables. Buttress to ground floor at left.
Projecting end stacks with cornices, that to right rebuilt.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
