2 cottages, now house. c1700 with later C18 brick facade and
further alterations. Timber-framing with reddish-brown brick
nogging and front facade mainly in stretcher bond, stone rear
stack with ashlar dressings, otherwise brick stacks and
plain-tile roof.
2-cell range with cross-wing to right, external stacks to
right and left, the latter now incorporated into later build
and massive rear external stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and one-and-a-half storeys, 3-window
range, 2:1. Small square timber-framing with braces to right
facade, wall post to front and tie-beam. Entrance to right
return through a plank door with hood. Front facade, ground
floor, has 2- and 3-light casement windows with glazing-bars
under cambered arches of rubbed brick. Upper floor has 3- and
2-light casement windows with glazing bars, with further
similar 3-light window to gable. Right return has 2 attic
dormers with similar 2-light windows. Rear stack has quoins.
