GV II

House, now 2 houses. Late C18 with later alterations. Brick
laid to Flemish bond; renewed tile roof with brick coped
gables and brick end stack and stack to rear. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys plus attic; almost symmetrical 2-window
range. Top modillioned brick cornice. Entrance to right of
centre (No.151) has architrave to 6-fielded-panel door; that
to left end is segmental-headed former passageway entrance
with C20 door.
Ground floor has 2 canted bay windows flanking main entrance,
that to left with 2/2:8/8:2/2 sashes, that to right with
1/1:2/2:1/1 sashes; frieze and cornice extends over whole
ground floor. First floor has windows with sills, and rubbed
brick flat arches over C20 small-paned cross-casement to left
and 8/8 horned sash to right. Attic has hipped dormers with
2-light leaded casements, that to left renewed, that to right
with iron opening casement.
