2 houses, now single house. C17, enlarged c1960 with ranges to
rear. Timber-framed with painted plaster infill, otherwise
painted plaster facade and C20 steeply-pitched roof of combed
wheat straw thatch and brick stacks. 3-unit plan with rear
wings.
EXTERIOR: one storey and attic; 3-window range. Small square
panels of timber-framing with arched braces to both gable ends
and to rear at right. Garden front: chamfered plinth. 3
entrances have C20 plank doors and moulded wood frames under
cambered arches. Casement windows throughout, those to attic
under eyebrow thatch. End and ridge stacks.
INTERIOR: some exposed timber-framing visible.
