GV II
House. Circa early C17; remodelled C18. Brick with ashlar quoins; timber-framed rear wing with rendered panels. Plain-tile roofs with gabled ends, brick dentil course eaves. Partly projecting brick chimney to left gable end. Rectangular plan parallel to road, and timber-framed rear wing with rendered range in the angle.
EXTERIOR: street front is a 2-storey, 2-window range of wood 3-light multi-pane casements, set in brick segmental-arched openings at ground floor. Central 4-panelled door with top light and projecting flat-roofed porch with 2 plain columns. First floor with central rendered panel. Exposed timber-framing to rear wing, with fleur-de-lys cast motif on north wall. High coursed rubble plinth. Rear gable with C20 casement and 2-light attic casement. C20 garage adjoining north side and C20 conservatory at rear.
