Shown as Noleham on O.S. map.
House. C17 with later alterations. Timber-frame with plaster
infill and plastered brick outshut; steeply pitched thatched
roof, renewed 1991, with brick end stack.
EXTERIOR: gable facing, front to right; single-unit plan plus
thatched lean-to outshuts to each end. Entrance to left of
centre has C20 porch with hipped tile roof and a plank door to
one side. Inner glazed door. Canted bay window to right has
hipped tile roof; 2-light casement to each outshut; 1st floor
has a wide eyebrow dormer with C20 casement. Left return has
weatherboarded gable over outshut. Rear similar, with raking
domer and triangular 1st floor window.
INTERIOR: not inspected, but noted as having exposed beams and
fireplace with bressumer.
