Formerly known as: Cotswold House Lower Quinton.
House. Late C17 with C20 restorations. Red brick laid to
Flemish bond with some vitrified headers; hipped stone slate
roof with brick end stack. Restoration style. 3-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys plus attic; asymmetrical 7-window range.
Entrance to right of centre has 6-panelled door with open
pedimented doorcase. Windows have rubbed brick flat arches,
those to ground floor with ashlar key blocks, over renewed
wood cross-casement windows, 2 to right and 4 to left of
entrance; similar first floor windows; 4 hipped roof dormers.
Lead cames throughout and some crown glass. Moulded stone or
brick plinth. Plat band at first floor. Bay to left has brick
pilasters through ground and first floors.
