Stables and coach house with farm range to rear. Late C18.
Worn ironstone ashlar on limestone ashlar plinth; hipped slate
and stone slate roofs. L-plan.
EXTERIOR: single storey plus attic; 3-window range. Central
forward break; 1st floor lintel band on cornice. Central
segmental-headed entrance with C20 plank doors and loading
door above; flanking giant round-headed recesses with
segmental-headed entrances and round-headed windows above. To
right a single-storey range with parapet over 2 round-headed
arches, blind tympana over C20 doors; right return with stone
slate roof.
Left return has later single-storey farm building obscuring 2
giant recesses, one blocked round-headed window. Rear has 2
altered and blocked recesses; rear wing has right return with
giant recesses; entrance to right end; 3 old cross-casements
to 1st floor; stone slate roof pitch; left return has slate
roof pitch extending as catslide roof over part of
single-storey range.
