Terrace of 4 houses, No.3 and No.4 now combined. 1855. Coursed
squared blue lias with ashlar dressings; tile roof with stone
cross-axial stack and end stacks with brick shafts.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 4-window range. Entrances in
2 gabled porches with coped gables, each with 2 small lights
with shouldered lintels; open returns, left return of porch to
right blocked; inner entrances, one to porch to right blocked;
No.1 has plank outer door. Windows have narrow sills and
chamfered reveals, 2-light ovolo-mullioned windows with
sliding iron lattice casements, those to first floor with
gablets with plain bargeboards. Porches have relief panels, to
left: a crest with bird and branch, to right: IH/ 1855.
Rear similar, 4 entrances and C20 wood and glass porch to
right end.
