House. C17. Timber-frame with painted brick infill and painted
brick additions; steeply pitched thatched roof, tile to rear
wings, with brick stack to front of ridge and end stack.
3-unit plan, the central unit timber-framed, the unit to left
is convex on plan; 2 gabled wings to rear.
EXTERIOR: single-storey with attic; 3-window range. Entrance
to right of centre has plank door and gabled rustic porch.
Window to left end has 2-light casement with iron opening
casement and brick projection to right; window to right end
has similar 3-light casement; half-dormer over entrance has
2-light leaded casement. Square framing with braced tie beams
and wall plates.
Right return to street has windows to ground floor with
single- and 2-light C20 casements, 2 windows with 2-light C20
casements to first floor.
Rear has lower gabled wings, one with cross-axial stack.
INTERIOR: noted as having chamfered beams and large fireplace
with bressumer.
