House with shop, now offices. Mid C19. Rendered with false
ashlar joints marked on, Welsh slate roof continued both
sides.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 2 bays. Earlier C20 shop front with
doorway to right, flanked by simple pilasters, with cornice to
shallow fascia (washed by a deeper late C20 fascia). Upper
floors have 12-pane sash windows in plain openings.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Part of the development which took place when Broad Street
(formerly Wette or Water Lane) was widened between 1835-1849.
