House with shop. Mid C19. Brick with stone dressings, all
colourwashed, roof not visible behind parapet.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 2 bays. Moulded cornice with plain
parapet, plain 3-unit display window with tiled stall riser in
rendered surround to ground floor; above are sash windows,
12-pane to first floor and 9-pane to second, in plain openings
with stone sills and gauged brick flat arches.
INTERIOR: ground floor totally modified to form shop, and most
of first floor stripped, early C19 stair to second floor with
curved winders at base. On second floor some C19 doors and
partitions, and blocked fireplaces. C20 extensions to rear,
mostly 2 storeys, with flat roofs.
