Pair of houses at end of row. Late C18/early C19. Local stone
rubble, rendered and colourwashed on front, some red brick
dressings to east gable, clay pantiled roof with coped gables,
brick end chimney stacks. 2-unit plan with 2-storey rear
outshut.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3-bay symmetrical facade. Plinth, sash
windows with exposed boxes in plain openings, 16-pane to outer
bays of ground and first-floor, 12-pane to first-floor bay 2
and to bays 1 and 2 of second floor, plain to bay 3
second-floor. Central entrances with 6-panel doors in recesses
with moulded architraves under continuous flat timber hood on
console brackets. Sundry blocked openings in east gable,
outshot to rear.
