House in row, now divided. C15, remodelled in C19. Local
roughly squared coursed stone, with Doulting stone dressings,
clay pantiled roof with plain gables, stone chimney stacks.
3-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: single bay of 3 storeys, then two bays of 2 storeys.
Bay 1 mostly C19, with segmental-arched windows in brick
surrounds, 3-light casement to ground floor, and above 4-pane
sash windows, blocked doorway to right. Bays 2 and 3 set back
slightly, with tall plinth, bay 2 has chamfered stone
surrounds to windows, 3-light below and 2-light above, the
infill casements having 4-panes with 4-centre-arched heads,
small gablet over upper window with a trefoil carved panel.
Bay 3 has a C15 moulded arched doorway, with C19 doorway, up 5
steps, above is a 2-light C15 window with trefoil-cusped
arched lights, no label, with raked roof over. Relieving
arches over lower openings.
