Former outbuilding, now school annexe. Possibly C15, modified
in C19 and C20. Random local stone rubble with ashlar
dressings, hipped roof with double Roman clay tiles.
Rectangular plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with single-storey addition at right
angles to the road, 3 bays, Buttresses with moulded offsets
between bays, bay 1 has two chamfered 4-centre arched window
openings, not aligned, with casements having rectangular
leaded panes, to left of the ground-floor window a blocked
single rectangular window, bay 2 has an arched window with a
rectangular single-light window to the right with another
blocked window above, bay 3 has an arched window at
first-floor level with a blocked window to the right, and
below are 2 former 2-light mullioned windows, the mullions now
removed and leaded casements fitted.
Attached at the west end is a C19 crosswing with gabled roof
and flat-roofed link, having 2 brick-lined elliptical arches
housing C20 window and door units.
INTERIOR: not inspected but noted as having C19 and C20
features.
