Shown on O.S. map as Manor House Cottage.
House. C17, restored C20. Painted timber framing with painted
rendered and unpainted brick infill panels on rubble plinth,
C20 brick. Thatched roof. Projecting rubble stone and brick
end stack. Rectangular plan of 2 framed bays with gable-end to
street.
EXTERIOR: single storey and attic. South front with
square-panelled timber framing at attic level underbuilt with
brick. Boarded front door to left with thatched canopy. Two
2-light casements to right with segmental-arched heads.
West gable end: gable truss of straight tie beam, collar with
twin raking struts over, 2 C20 casements at both storeys.
Rear: square framing 3 panels high, single straight tension
brace to right, single C20 casement.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
