House. C17. Painted timber frame with painted rendered infill
panels on brick plinth. Plain-tile roof. Integral gable-end
stacks with C20 brick shafts. Rectangular plan.
EXTERIOR: single storey and attic. Street front with restored
square framing three panels high: two C20 2-light casements formerly
multi-paned but now plain glazed; two gabled dormers with C20
2-light casements. Plain boarded door under tiled gabled
canopy to left. Painted rubble gable-end to left partly
covered by tiled lean-to extension. Square-framed gable end to
right. C20 extension covers rear.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms a group with Nos 1 & 2 (qv) and included for group
value.
