Shop now house. Early C19. Brick with moulded brick eaves,
painted to rear. Slate roof. Central brick ridge stacks.
Rectangular plan with front range parallel to street.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey, 2-window range of 6/6 first-floor sashes
with enriched corniced heads on brackets, 3/3 sashes at second
floor with head integral with continuous moulded cornice with
brackets, ground-floor double-fronted moulded wood shop bay
windows with glazing bars and with glazed and panelled central
door under corniced canopy. To left is part-glazed door in
opening under rendered depressed arch with keyblock under an
enriched stuccoed panel with heavily-draped shell ornament.
Rear: 2-light casements, with brick segmental-arch lintels at
lower floors.
