Threshing barn. C17. Timber frame clad with corrugated metal
sheeting. Plain-tile roof. 5 bays, aligned east-west.
EXTERIOR: wall frames with girding beams and posts, paired
tension braces to each bay, door lintel and door frames. C19
barn doors to north, C20 infill framing to south doorway.
INTERIOR: double-tenoned purlin roof with straight braces
below purlin in some bays and diagonally-set ridge. Inner
trusses with twin vertical struts and collar, 2 with inner
swept tension braces onto cambered sill plates. East and west
end trusses have collar with 3 vertical struts over and 5 (7
to west) vertical struts under, and C20 framing below tie
beam.
