Farmhouse. C17 with late C18 remodelling, and C20 rear wing.
Red brick, partly timber framed. Plain-tile roofs with brick
coped gables to front. Brick projecting end stacks. Plan of
main range with rear parallel extension range and side
extension.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. West front with 4 restored 8/8
sashes with ashlar lintels with keyblocks. Round-headed 6/3
sash window with ashlar semicircular surround and keyblock to
each of the 2 front gables at attic level. Renewed moulded
wood pilaster doorcase with open pediment and blocked
semicircular fanlight, flanked by multi-pane C20 casement
windows with plain lintels.
Single-storey timber-framed wing to right-hand side with
restored casements. Left return side: projecting brick stack
and single C20 multi-pane casement to right. C20 extension
wing to left.
