House. Late C18 with C19 extensions. Coursed stone rubble and
brick with tiled roof. Brick ridge chimneys. 2 parallel blocks
both with end extensions to one side.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey, 3-window range. Three C19 2/2 sashes with
keyed stone lintels to first floor. Three 3/3 sashes at attic
level with brick dentil eaves. Ground floor with C19 bay
windows flanking central door under lean-to hipped tiled
pentice roof; glazed-over doorway, with 2-leaf door of 2
panels each with glazed top panels. Extension bay to left:
2-storey single-window range with 2/2 sashes with keyed stone
lintels. Left return: two 2/2 sashes with keyed stone lintels
and stone sills at first floor and one at ground-floor left.
Ground-floor window to right converted to a bay window with
tiled hipped roof. Central 4-panel door with keyed stone
lintel. Service wing abuts to left of gable end. Right return:
single 2/2 sashes with keyed stone lintels. Rear block gable
end: single 2-light casement and additional 2/2 sash at ground
floor, both with keyed stone lintels. Rear: parallel block at
rear of 2 storeys. 5-window range of 2-light casements with
keyed stone lintels to ground-floor openings. To right
6-panelled door, to centre C20 glazed door. Service wing abuts
rear block to right.
