Cottage. Probably mid C18; altered. Cream-painted random
rubble with quoins, stone slate roof. Single-depth 2-unit plan
on east-west axis, facing south, plus a 1-unit outbuilding at
the west end. Two storeys and 3 windows, with a doorway offset
right of centre protected by a C20 glazed porch, two 2-light
casements to the left and one to the right, and three square
12-pane windows at 1st floor all with tilting casement
openings at the top. Corbelled chimney at left gable; gable
chimney to right. The single storey outbuilding to the left
(now internally integrated with the house) has one 2-light
casement. Rear: through-stones on 3 levels; small pantry
window to outbuilding. INTERIOR: housepart to left has 2
slender lateral beams.
