Farmhouse, now house. Probably early C18, altered in C19.
Roughly coursed rubble with quoins, painted white except the
porch; stone slate roof. Single-depth plan, 1+2 units, on
east-west axis facing north.
2 storeys, 1:4 windows, irregular. The ground floor has a
gabled porch in the centre of the range, a small out-building
attached to the front of the east end, 2 windows between these
and 2 widely-separated windows to the right of the porch; the
1st floor has 3 windows to the left and 2 to the right (above
those at ground floor), and all these windows are rectangular
6-pane sashes with vertical glazing bars only, except that
immediately right of the porch which is small and square with
glazing bars. Ridge chimney between 1st and 2nd windows, gable
chimney to right. Rear and interior not inspected.
