Garden shelter. Probably C19. Watershot coursed sandstone,
pitched roof of massive stone slates. Small rectangular
single-storey building with its back to the road and an open
front to the north. The front slope of the roof has 4
graduated courses of stone slates, but the rear slope is made
of 2 massive flagstones, their left and right-hand bottom
corners cut out to accommodate simple ball finials (that to
the left missing); and the ridge has a stool at each end
presumably for similar ball finials which are also now
missing. Forms group with Low House (qv), former stable
attached to south-west corner (qv), and barn on east side of
entrance (qv).
