2 houses, now house. Late C18 with C20 alterations. Coursed
millstone grit with ashlar dressings, right section rendered,
stone slate roof and stone stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storey and attic. Irregular 3 window front has
off-centre doorway with C20 gabled porch, to left single
3-light mullion window and to right single inserted window and
C20 double glazed doorway. Above single 2-light mullion window
with similar 3-light window to left and higher 3-light window
to eaves to right. Above again single 2-light gabled dormer
window to left. All window have flush mullions in flush ashlar
surrounds with C20 glazing.
Left return has 2 inserted single light windows to attic
level.
Right return has single storey lean-to, with single and
2-light flush mullion windows and 2-light window above.
Rear elevation has two 2-light windows at eaves level.
