Marked on OS map as No.54.
Farmhouse, now 2 houses. Mid C18 with C20 alterations. Coursed
millstone grit rubble, part rendered, with tooled ashlar
dressings, stone slate roof and single stone stack.
PLAN: 3 unit, possible gable end entry plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storey plus garret. Quoins. Front has 3 windows
arranged 2:1. Rendered left section has single 3-light flush
mullion window with wooden casements to each floor. Right
section has inserted 2-light casement and 2-light window to
right in flush ashlar surround above 2 similar windows in
similar surrounds.
Left return has single inserted window to each floor.
Right return, rendered, has doorway with C20 gabled porch and
2-light casement above, plus plain sash to garret.
Rear elevation has later outshut under catslide roof with C20
fenestration.
INTERIOR: No.49 has Queen strut roof truss.
