Attached house. Late C18 with early C19 south extension.
Coursed rubble limestone with some brick headers to windows,
pantile roofs and gable end brick stacks.
PLAN: through-passage, single-depth, 2-room plan.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey; 2-window range. Symmetrical front with
central door and windows either side; ground-floor has 12-pane
sashes under cambered heads, first floor has similar sashes
below eaves line (refenestrated at time of survey); plain
wooden door with single light beneath flat hood supported by
thin iron poles; further mid C20 glazed door to south lean-to
extension.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
A modest but rare example of the local cottage vernacular.
