This attached house is now a shop. It dates to the early C19 with a late C19 shopfront.

MATERIALS: the principal elevation is colourwashed render with ashlar copings and it has a pantile roof and end brick stack to the south.

PLAN: double-depth plan.

EXTERIOR: the building is of two-storeys and comprises a two-window range. The principal elevation has a cornice and blind parapet. The ground floor late C19 shop front has panelled pilasters, brackets, full window glazing and a central glazed door. The first floor has C21 replacement windows.

INTERIOR: nothing survives inside either of the original room layout or architectural features of any note.

The building forms a group with the adjacent No 12, West End House (listed at Grade II).
