Hard tennis pavilion. 1928-9. Part of Percy Cane's garden improvements for Sir John Jarvis Bart. Circular timberframed building with red brick infill and conical tiled roof. The side facing the hard tennis court has an open upper part and there is an ingenious half-glazed segmental-shaped wooden door which slides along a metal track. The interior has a built-in curved wooden bench. One of a series of five garden buildings of 1928-9 by Percy Cane at Hascombe Court.
