Shop with accommodation over. Probably late C18. Plastered,
roof and stack concealed behind parapet, cast-iron gutter.
Very small plan, 2 narrow rooms, one in front of the other
with the stair rising against the left-hand wall. Ground-floor
rooms knocked together for shop use.
3 storeys. One-window range. Gutter gives the appearance of a
moulded cornice; eaves board, probably timber parapet. Ground
floor has a canted plate-glass shop window, recessed behind
the first-floor level with a moulded cornice above and below
the fascia and a pilaster at the left end with chamfered
rustication; C20 central shop door. First- and second-floor
windows have moulded architraves but reglazed with C20 plate
glass top-hung casements.
INTERIOR: any historic features on the ground floor concealed
for modern shop use. Upper floors said to be plain.
