Warehouse, now a restaurant. Early or mid C19. Squared stone
rubble with quoins, window-jambs and arches of dressed stone;
some red brick in side walls. Roof (barely visible from
street) appears to be covered with corrugated asbestos.
3 storeys. 2-window range. Ground storey altered in C20 to
provide central restaurant entrance with window to left and
fire door to right. The original arrangement probably
consisted of a wide opening with wood lintel. Wide windows
with raised keystones in upper storeys, the 3rd-storey windows
being only about half the height of those below; C20 casements
with imitation leaded lights.
INTERIOR: inspected only on ground floor, which has no
features of special interest.
