GV II
Warehouse, now converted to flats. c1900, converted C20. Stock brick with toothed brick cornice to parapet. 6 storeys, 3 bays. Central hatch rank (now adapted as balconies) with bull-nosed reveals, flanked by outer bays of windows with concrete lintels. New 5th floor with segmental-arched windows. Hoist to hatch rank at 4th floor. Similar dockside elevation onto St Saviour's Dock. Probably a recasing/rebuild of an earlier warehouse, recently adapted and rebuilt inside (as one with wharf building to right) as flats. INTERIOR: not inspected. Good group value with other warehouses between St Saviour's Dock and Shad Thames (qqv).
