House. Early C19. Brick in Flemish bond and stucco facing to basement and ground floors. Roof parapeted. 3 storeys. 3-window range. Segmental-arched entrance with overlight of decorative glazing; jambs of panelled pilasters; 1st-floor balcony on coupled iron supports; metal concave roof to balcony. 2 round-arched windows to the right of the entrance with architrave and springing band, the spandrels treated as blind balustrades. All upper-floor windows are flat-arched, sill band to 2nd-floor windows. Entablature band to parapet. Stacks to return and party wall. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: railings to area.
