GV II
House. Mid C19. Stucco scored to imitate ashlar. Hipped roof of slate with boxed eaves; dormer to left hip. 2 storeys over half basement, all windows flat-arched with 6x6 sash bars of original design; basement window with 4x4 sashes of an authentic design to right window only. The placement of openings is slightly off centre with respect to the rest of the elevation. Round-arched entrance with plain fanlight reached up short flight of steps; 4-panel door of original design. Stack to right return. INTERIOR: not inspected. Part of a strong group consisting of Nos 24-30 (consec) (qqv), all of which conform to a single type.
