GV II

6 terraced houses. Early C19. Brick in Flemish bond, some with stucco dressings and facings. Hipped roofs of concrete tile and slate. 3 storeys. Nos 31, 34 & 35 of 2-window range. The rest of one-window range. No.31: entrance Tuscan aedicule set in ground floor of banded rustication, the range slightly recessed. All openings flat-arched. 1x1 sashes with margin glazing of an authentic design. All other entrances to the group are round-arched with plain fanlights. Entrances to Nos 33 & 34 paired, as are those to Nos 35 & 36, the latter's door the broadest in the group. French doors to the side of entrances to Nos 34 & 36 with 4x4 glazing bars with sidelights and transoms. No.35 rebuilt to this design in late C20, when all this unit's window sashes were replaced to an authentic pattern. French doors to No.33 of mid C19. All flat-arched openings with gauged brick lintels of brick. 8x8 sashes of an authentic design to 1st- and 2nd-floor windows, Nos 34, 35 & 36. 4x8 to No.33. 6x6 to No.32. To entrance porch of No.33 single window with 2x4 sash. Broad eaves, to hipped roofs. Stacks to party and end walls. INTERIOR: not inspected.
