tripartite sashes to end bays and paired sashes to centre

pilastered doorways and pilastered side return bays, and
panelled and balustraded parapets over moulded entablature
with brackets; overlights and panelled doors. Rear is 1:2:2:1
bays with end bays broken forward and with balustraded and
bracketed canted bays to ground floor. No.1 has moulded eared
architraves and there is a mullioned and transomed glazed
1st-floor conservatory with blind balustraded apron to
left-hand return towards the angle.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to reflect the high quality
of the exterior.
Part of a distinctive planned group of semi-detached villas.
