GV II
Warehouse converted into flats. Early C19, incorporating wall of earlier building. Plymouth limestone rubble with dressed or selected quoins and shallow segmental arches over the openings; hipped concrete tile roof with projecting eaves. Deep plan. 4 storeys; 3-window range with C20 windows in original openings and original ventilator with crossed iron bars to ground-floor left of centre. Wide doorway to ground floor and loading doorways above, all left of centre. INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value in a street with a high proportion of C17 and C18 houses and some fine warehouses. (The Buildings of England: Pevsner N: Devon: London: 1989-: 662).
