Farmhouse. C18, possibly a remodelling of an older house. Rendered rubble walls; dry slate steep hipped roofs; large lateral stack with tall brick shaft to rear left and tall brick stack on the right. Original part is a 2-room plan with central entrance passage leading to rear stair wing; slightly later rear service wing at right angles behind stair wing and some later rear extensions. 2 storeys; symmetrical 5-window front. Late C19 or early C19 16-pane hornless sashes; central doorway within large C20 glazed porch with small panes. INTERIOR: partly inspected to note some panelled doors and an C18 staircase.
