Farmhouse. C17, extended C20. Rendered rubble or rubble and cob walls; thatched roof except for outshut to front left; 2 rendered rubble stacks: left of centre and on right. Originally probably a 3 or 4-room plan including service room in integral outshut to rear right and with rear stair wing containing a stone newel stair (former list description). 2 storeys; 2-window range. Original 3-light granite mullioned window to ground-floor right, otherwise C20 windows and small C20 porch. INTERIOR: not inspected but may retain original floor and roof structures.
