Pair of town houses with later shops. Late C18. Plymouth
limestone rubble with dressed stone voussoirs to ground and
1st floor openings, probably originally stuccoed; dry slate
mansard roof with deep projecting eaves over moulded cornice;
2 wide mansard dormers with late C19 paired sashes; rendered
stump of stack on the right. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys plus attic; 2-window range with wide openings and
rubble end pilasters. Late C19 paired sashes to upper floors,
those to 1st floor with heads to fit keyed segmental-arched
openings. Ground floor has wide central doorway, blocked on
the right; C20 shop window in original wide opening on the
left and C20 shopfront in widened opening on the right.
