GV II

Detached house. Early-mid C19. Slatehanging on probable
rubble; dry slate hipped roof with projecting eaves; stuccoed
end stacks and stack at rear right. Double-depth plan with 2
rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall.
2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original 12-pane
hornless sashes. Central pilastered porch with moulded
entablature and glazed sides; original panelled door with
flush bottom panels. Left-hand return has original sash to
each floor on the left and later C19 2-storey canted bay on
the right with moulded entablature, horned sashes to 1st floor
and French windows with margin panes to ground floor.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
