House and attached railings. 1798-1806. By Thomas Billings, surveyor. Brick with render, slate valley roof, and iron balconies and railings. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows to main range with 1-window range set back slightly at right, with range to left at rear. First floor: 3 tall 6/6 sashes, 8/8 sash. Ground floor: off-centre left entrance a 6-panel door with fanlight and projecting hood; two 8/8 sashes, and to right a 2/2 sash. Third floor: from left, 4/8, 2/4, 4/8 and 4/8 sashes. End stacks with cornices to main range, and end stack at right. First-floor main range windows have individual balconies. Garden front of 2 storeys and basement, 5 first-floor windows. Stucco. Horizontal rustication to ground floor. Blocking course. 3-storey domestic wing to right. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: stick railings across front with urn finials.
