Includes: Nos.66 AND 68 HIGH STREET. Terrace of 3 houses, now shops. c1820-30, with later alterations including c1970s ground-floor shop fronts. Stucco over ashlar with brick core and concealed roof. L-plan, occupies a corner site. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 1 + 7 first-floor windows facing Bath Road, 4 first-floor windows to left return. 2/2 horizontal-pane and 6/6 sashes where original, one 8/12 sash; 2 to left return and to angle have tooled architraves to first and second floors; plain reveals. Continuous first-floor band becomes sill band to left return. Crowning frieze and cornice with blocking course, and copings where original, ramped down to right. Entrance to angle a C20 glazed door with overlight; glazed shop fronts; further right entrance to right return a 4-panel door, the upper panels round-arched, between pilaster strips and with side-lights, wide overlight with sidelights, in plain surround; left return: left end entrance has C20 door and overlight, glazed shop front with further shop entrance a plate glass door. INTERIOR: not inspected. Occupies a prominent corner site.
