Formerly stables to No.60 Stanhope House (qv), now house and garages. Probably late C18, remodelled C20. Red brick in English garden wall bond. Old plain tiles to roof which is hipped to left and has stepped dentilled eaves and 2 brick ridge stacks. EXTERIOR: single storey, originally with loft, with later inserted attic with extended dormer. Blocked former loft windows. On right, two 2-light 3-pane casement windows under brick segmental arches with blue brick sills flanking plank door with 8-pane overlight. To left, 2 wide entrances with timber lintels and strap-hinged double plank doors flanking segmental-arched carriage-entrance with stone springers, plinth stones, and double plank door. Blue-brick plinth course to right end. INTERIOR: not inspected.
