House, now shops. Early C19, altered. Brick rendered with
lined stucco. Plain tile roof with boxed eaves and brick
end-stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. 4-window range of 8/8 sashes to 1st
floor, smaller 4/8 sashes above, all with projecting sills.
Ground floor: 3 shop fronts, that to left of plate glass
inwardly splayed with central C20 glazed door, side pilasters
and deep corniced fascia; that to centre having 2 bay-windows
with moulded rounded glazing bars and 4-centred-arched panes
flanking recessed central entrance all below moulded leaded
cornice; that to right, C20, of plate glass inwardly splayed,
with deep fascia.
At left end, entrance has Classical architrave with pilasters
and moulded leaded cornice; decorative fanlight; decorative
panelled reveals; 6-panel door; and 2 stone steps. Plinth.
